The Puteri Pacific Hotel is located in the bustling Johor Bahru city centre. An extensive hotel refurbishment was required and this included new designs and ID for the hotel façade, entrance, lobby, rooms, and new F&B kiosks along the exterior of the hotel.

The lobby area was infused with retail and F&B lots, while the kiosks along the exterior side of the hotel was added in hopes of reactivating the surrounding streets by creating a boulevard retail and dining ambiance.

The hotel rooms, facilities, and pool area were also completely revamped with more contemporary furniture and designs to fit the current lifestyle trends for business, as well as leisure stays.
