Project is a mixed development consisting of 2 blocks apartment and 1 block SOHO and a podium retail block. The development is focused around a podium courtyard with amphi-theater and a multi-purpose function podium to create activities to enliven the space.

The scale of the project is lower at the road edge to be pedestrian friendly and the highrise towers step back higher toward the rear of the site to create a backdrop to the retail podium.
