The boutique villas and hotel come into play as it’s a trending development’s style world wide where the local culture counter play with both architecture and interior. The architecture portrays the modern contemporary feel of the west and the east which follow of the current living style. The layout are configured in such way to allow the whole development to be constructed in phases, preferably in two phases as shown in the master plan.
